So far, they have installed a new entry way to our attic and built a floor in it so that we can use the space for storage; installed crown moulding and painted our master bedroom; and installed new windows. The window project was the biggest so far and we were so impressed with how Sylwester really goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done perfectly. The new windows not only look great, but our house stays so much warmer now, even in the sub zero weather we are currently having (Feb. 2016). And when we realized that our old blinds would not fit the new windows, Sylwester took it upon himself to find a place that would cut them down to size for us - something that he certainly didn’t need to do, but a clear indication of how important it is to him that you are happy with the finished project. “Talented, honest, reliable and professional are just a few words that come to mind in speaking about my experiences with Sylwester and Euro Concepts! Over the past year, we have had Euro Concepts completely renovate our master bath and two additional baths in our home.
I was a bit concerned because I generally don’t like all that a renovation entails - the mess, the inconvenience, the disruption in your schedule, etc. Also I must confess, I am a very detail oriented perfectionist, and I am happy to say that Sylwester did not disappoint. He and his staff were always on time. If something unavoidable occurred, I received a timely phone call. Sywester paid as much attention to detail as I did. Things got done the “right way” the first time around. When I wasn’t happy (because I made a wrong choice), he made it right, never making me feel uncomfortable.
